Open Play

**MARCH OPEN PLAY SPECIAL- $8.00 ADMISSION!!**

Open Play is typically $12.00 for the first child and $8.00 for each additional sibling.  Up to 2 adults may attend with each child.  There will be an $8.00 charge for additional adults.  Our play area consists of 10 miniature versions of local businesses for children to play in.  Open Play Pass- Purchase a pass for $150.00 that is good for all Open Play sessions Sunday through Saturday starting from date of purchase through December 31, 2025.  PARENTS MUST STAY TO ACCOMPANY CHILDREN!!   

Private Open Play Sessions

Gather a group of your friends and enjoy your very own private 2 hour Open Play session.  You can have up to 20 people in your group (including both children and adults).  The group price is $150.00 for 2-9 people and $175.00 for 10-20 people.  Reserve your session today!!  Private Open Play sessions can not be used as a birthday party.

Summer Camp 2025

We are super excited to offer summer camp at our facility!! We will offer camp 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday), all summer long. This camp is for school aged children in grades K-5th. 

The cost is $45.00 a day per child.  Parents may drop their children off as early as 7:45 a.m. and may pick them up anytime before 4:00 p.m.

We are offering an earlier drop off time and a later pickup time for an additional charge.  Early drop off is between 6:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m. for an additional $15.00.  Late pickup is between 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. for an additional $15.00.  If you are dropping off early AND picking up late, the discounted rate is $20.00 for both.  Early drop off times and late pick up times MUST be scheduled in advance.  We will only staff according to the kids on the schedules and the times that they are scheduled to be here.    

When registering your child, a $25.00 nonrefundable registration fee is due to hold his/her spot. Invoices will be emailed prior to the start of each month.  Parents have the option to pay for the full month in advance or split the payments into two monthly payments.  We can no longer accept daily or weekly payments.  We accept cash, Venmo, checks, and credit cards (a 3.5% service fee is added to all credit card transactions).

We can only accept 19 children per day. Spots will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis!! Children can come as many days as they would like, however you will NOT be refunded for no shows.  You are paying for your spot, not for your attendance.  We will no longer be able to refund you or reschedule you for a different day, if something comes up and your child can no longer attend on his/her day. We appreciate your understanding!! We purchase a lot of materials and staff according to the children on our schedule.

During this camp we will read, play games, make crafts, do science experiments, participate in fun and educational activities, and so much more!! Children will bring their own lunches and snacks. Every week we will focus on different themes. Children can even dress for the theme if they would like. The themes will be announced very soon!!

Before & After School Care

Before and After School Care available for Marion Elementary students in the Belle Vernon Area School District!!

We are only accepting 19 children.

We are accepting ELRC.

Since we are NOT a daycare, we are only offering this service on the days BVASD has school. If they are on break, we will not provide this service.

In the summer, we offer a summer camp 5 days a week if you need a safe, fun, and educational place for your child to go.

Private Tutoring Sessions

Your child will be matched up with a certified teacher who can best meet his/her educational needs.  

1 hour private session- $40.00

5) 1 hour private sessions- $185.00 

10) 1 hour private sessions- $350.00

Birthday Parties at Live, Laugh, Play, and Learn

Parties can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, or 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  We may be able to accommodate parties on Friday evenings upon request.  Children will have private access to our play town which includes a construction site, beauty salon, soft play gym, restaurant, schoolhouse, baby doll house, dance/dress up studio, veterinarian clinic, coffee shop, and sensory play.

 

Basic Birthday Party Package Price:  $275.00 for up to 15 children ($8.00 for each additional child.  You can have up to 25 children.)

Premium Birthday Party Package Price:  $450.00 for up to 15 children ($8.00 for each additional child.  You can have up to 25 children.)

Basic Birthday Party Package Includes:

Set Up and Clean Up 

  • You are responsible for bringing your own decorations, plates, napkins, tablecloths, utensils, etc. and setting them up.  You are also responsible for taking down your decorations and cleaning up.  There will be 1 employee available to assist.

2 Hours for Duration of Party (Can add extra hours- $60.00/per hour if available)

Access to Play Area              

Food & Drinks

  • You are responsible for bringing your own food, drinks, and cupcakes/cake.
